Who we are

The EMEA PUG Challenge Ltd holds an annual conference for all Progress customers, Application Partners and End Users of Partner Apllications.

Information we collect from you

PUG Challenge is a paid event. If you register as an attendee you will provide information (eg: billing address, email address, telephone number etc) some of which may constitute Personal Data. This information is collected purely for the organisation of the PUG Challenge event.

Third Parties

PUG Challenge does not offer or allow the selling of any information provided to third parties with the exception of that provided to Progress Software.

At the point of registration you are given the option to “opt-in” to having your details passed on to Progress Software. This information will only be used by Progress Software for conference related marketing purposes. If you agree, you can request Progress Software to remove your data after the conference.

How you can access, update and/or correct your Personal Data

You can ask us to correct or update any personal information that we hold.

How long we retain your Personal Data
