How do I book a ticket?

To book a ticket to attend the conference, visit our Eventbrite booking site.
Click Get Tickets, the tickets available will be shown. If you have been given a Promo Code, complete the box at the top of the screen, Enter Code and then click Apply. Then choose how many tickets and Check out. Please note, your Order summary will show on the right of the screen, detailing any discounts applied from your Promo Code. Please complete the details on the next screen for your delegate(s) and then click Register. Each delegate will receive an email confirmation which will include a QR code. We will ask you for this when you come to register at the conference.

How do I get to the Hotel Zuiderduin from Schiphol Airport?

We have arranged a shuttle service with a local taxi firm running from Schiphol Airport to Hotel Zuiderduin and returning to Schiphol Airport after the conference. To book your place and more details, please visit our Locations Page.

How and where do I book Hotel accommodation?

The Hotel Zuiderduin is now full for the night of the 20th September, however there are other hotels which are a short walk away. Please visit our Locations Page for more details.

When are the Workshops happening?

The Workshops will be running alongside breakout sessions this year. The breakout sessions will all be recorded and available after the conference. The Workshops are not recorded. For more details please see our Workshops and Sessions pages.

When does PUG Challenge start and end?

The conference will start at 09.00 on Wednesday 20th September.
The conference will finish at 16.00 on Friday 22nd September.

Do I have to buy an Additional Evening Guest ticket to attend the evenings myself?

The evening entertainment, food and drink on Wednesday and Thursday evenings is included in each ticket. 

How do I get Evening Event tickets for a plus one?

If you would like a guest to accompany you to the Evening Events, as a ticket holder, you may purchase one Evening Guest Ticket which enables your guest to attend the Evening Events only. Please purchase via Eventbrite, the cost is €150 plus any VAT payable.

Will this event also be Online?

The tough decision has been made to discontinue the Online option for attendance at this year’s PUG Challenge event.
Following COVID disruption we found that Online attendance was very popular, and we predicted that Hybrid would be the way forward. However, this has not been reflected in our ticket sales this year. Online ticket sales for 2023 have been slow whereas On-Site sales are buoyant, and we cannot justify the significant costs of streaming for such a small audience.
